The city of Minneapolis wants to know and wants feedback in this survey .
The survey is open to musicians, live performers, industry professionals, educators, venue owners and support service providers.
Professionals, semi-professionals and students who work in any capacity in the industry, paid or unpaid, live in Minneapolis and are 18 or older are encouraged to apply.
